PalmSHIELD’s Mercury Louver architectural screening series includes aluminum, vinyl and composite horizontal planks. Aluminum and vinyl posts routed to receive the planks. This clean and simple architectural screening makes it easy for fast installations and field adjustable.

PalmSHIELD has partnered with Woodland composite series materials that provide a wide range of colors and consistency throughout the solid planks. The composite planks and aluminum columns are an exceptional choice when contrasting the look of architectural wood products in combination with a modern metal framework. The dark wood tones contrast well up against the powder coated framework. 6” wide planks are field installed, allowing for some flexibility in column spacing. All of our composite planks require no sanding, staining or painting. These composite vinyl based planks will resist stains, scratches and mold while holding the original color.

The Mercury aluminum plank and aluminum framework provide a more modern commercial design for architectural screening. The Mercury louver screening is available in a 6” wide plank overlapping providing 100% direct visual screening.

PalmSHIELD uses exclusively the Ply Gem Woodland Select planks. PlyGem uses the highest grade resins and extrusion processes. Ply Gem Woodland Select planks are the best in the vinyl industry. The vinyl planks are a 6” wide and come in a wide array of colors and textures. From Chestnut Brown to Weathered Cedar, the vinyl planks are an excellent combination with our aluminum or vinyl columns.
