Pre-Panel Post setupThe new tubular T + I-Beam column design allows you to set all your posts and then remove one of the I-beam flanges where you can slide the panel from the backside. Reattach the flange forming an I-Beam column and capturing the new vertical compression channel between the flanges of the I-Beam.
Quick-set post with toleranceThe column and vertical panel connection is designed with an architectural vertical seam. If your post setting varies, plus or minus a 3/8” inch, you will increase or decrease the architectural seam width.
Slope AdaptabilityPanel installed elevations may vary at post by a -2.5% to 12%.
faster installationColumns will arrive with the removable flange fully attached. Remove or loosen the flange and slide in the panel. A raised serrated edge will lock the panel into the column, not requiring additional fasteners.

Aluminum Sleeve for High-Performance ApplicationsPalmSHIELD has created an aluminum sleeve designed for applications over 10 feet, as well as corner and gate posts. It matches the performance of the T/I Beam Post by supporting panels’ vertical compression profiles and delivering steel-like strength for higher wind loads, taller panels, and gates. The sleeve fits any tubular steel post 4 inches or larger, bolts directly to the post, and maintains the same installation flexibility and adaptability in spacing and heights as the T/I Beam Post system.
