Each product is made from an exclusive lightweight flexible polyester resin composite that bonds extremely well to all substrates, coatings and finishes.“New products include: 3/8” thick Flat Top Covebase available 4” tall and 6” tall, ¼” thick Flat Top Covebase available 4” tall and 6” tall, & 1/8” Bottom Edge available 4” tall and 6” tall.

SpeedCove Product Description and Specification

• SpeedCove is a sub-straight that creates the correct shape and height that's required by the Environmental Health Department where "integral" (a water and chemical-proof joint between the wall and the floor) sanitary covebase is required. Usually that is anywhere there is open food and/or bodily fluids at minimum. When coated w/ epoxy, creates the ultimate easy-to-clean floors!
• Our Cove Base Systems are made of a high quality proprietary polyester resin composition that's been cleaned w/ acetone. The mold skin or sheen has been removed to leave a micro porous anchor profile of about 200 to 250 grit sandpaper for maximum adhesion & permanent bonding ability to provide SUPERIOR moisture barrier protection, also from most solvents. It can withstand extreme heat and cold temps without warping, cracking or deteriorating, for indoor or out. It’s Green w/ NO VOC’s and won’t rot, swell, or deteriorate over time, and works w/ all types of coatings and finishes.
• SpeedCove is the original and only non-plastic/non-vinyl/non-polyurethane product on the market making it by far the highest quality and highest performing pre-formed covebase system available. Consistent, uniform, durable, and impact resistant.
• When coated it creates a completely seamless water and chemical-proof containment system within a room meeting and sometimes exceeding sanitary cove and code requirements.
