Cell Patch

Cell-Patch is a cellular concrete patching material specifically developed and designed to repair cellular concrete decks.

Cell-Patch uses include repairing spot areas and drain sumps on a new pour, filling in around curb additions and any fastener holes on an existing LWIC decks. Cell-Patch consists of a custom blend of fast setting cement powder, Zell-Crete Fiber and Elastizell foam concentrate. It is mixed on-site with a variable speed drill.

Cell-Patch is initially very fluid and flows readily into voids, filling them. After blending and allowing the foam concentrate to bubble the Cell-Patch will have a wet density of approximately 50 pcf, which will dry to approximately 42 pcf.

Patch where needed and trowel finish.

Material will have an initial set in 30 minutes. Open to foot traffic after 90 minutes. It hardens in ½ - 2 ½ hours dependant on the material being patched and environmental conditions.

It is available in 5 gal buckets. Each bucket yields about ½ cubic foot of patching material.
