How to Order

1. Send us your color inspiration - Order a custom sample HERE and we’ll mail you a color swatch of your custom ColorSelect™ product. Or, contact your local retailer and they can help you place an order.
2. Ready to order your custom color? We will match your custom sample swatch* to ensure we achieve your unique design aesthetic.

*We will only accept an order for ColorSelect™ products, once a custom color sample swatch has been produced and approved.
*Each substrate and each profile of this product varies in terms of grain pattern and color variance. Color may vary slightly from actual product.

• Woodtone will consider the installation of the product as final acceptance and will not honor any claims regarding said product.
• James Hardie does not warrant product applications in the following states/provinces: Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick. Consequently, Woodtone will not ship this product to those locations.
• Allura does not warrant product applications in the following states/provinces: Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut. Consequently, Woodtone will not ship this product to those locations.
• The raw surface finish variation of a smooth substrate, once coated, may result in the appearance of sheen variation from board to board. This is accepted as a natural appearance and is excluded from warranty coverage.
