Openings Can Exceed 25% of Your Rated Wall

Having been tested in accordance with ASTM E119, FireGuard MFW™ is not limited to 156 sq. ft. or 25% of the length of the rated wall (IBC 2021, Section 707.6).

Protect Curved Openings

FireGuard MFW™ is now available in curved opening applications with maximum sizes of up to 30’ wide and 12’ high.

Capable of Egress

The same ADA-compliant exiting device provided on FireGuard doors could also be provided on MFW™ (consult local AHJ).

Protect fire barrier openings up to 40’ wide and 15’ high
