Enhances the bond between floor-covering adhesive and underlayment. Levelrock™ Brand All Purpose Sealer can be applied to most Levelrock® Brand Floor Underlayments prior to the application of floor-covering adhesives by a Levelrock® authorized applicator or the floor-covering manufacturer.
