The GCL-GT explosion-proof operator is designed for standard-lift sectional doors that have up to 60 cycle/hour duty requirement.

- The explosion-proof motor is UL Listed and CSA Certified for hazardous location use in areas classified as Class I, Group D and Class II Group F & G. Hoist unit motors available in ½ horsepower single phase, 1 horsepower three phase and 3 horsepower three phase.
- Intrinsically safe design allows use of NEMA Type 1 control elements, such as push button stations, safety edges, and key switches.
- Limit overrun provides overrun adjustment from the down limit to fine tune the door seal to the floor.
- Cycle counter indicates the number of cycles logged for easy maintenance support.
- Voltage freedom - Order phase specific operator for the job and have the ability to select the right voltage on the job site. Single phase: 115/208/230 VAC or three phase: 208/230/460 VAC models available.
- Diagnostic LED visual indicators provide real-time status and trouble-shooting assistance.
