Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors & Vertical Lifts
Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs) or Vertical Lifts are one of the most convenient ways to transport material to your mezzanine floor. Although similar, VRCs are not classified as elevators, and therefore do not have to meet strict elevator codes and regulations. VRCs are strictly for the transportation of materials and equipment, not passengers. Thanks to this design, VRCs are manufactured and installed at an overall lower cost to you.
Additionally, VRCs are safer to operate in comparison to forklifts or other material lifting methods, boosting the overall safety of the facility. For our Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor projects, Panel Built works with dealers across the country to bring our customers the highest quality VRCs available.
Vertical Conveyors are offered in a variety of sizes and load ratings. From small 3'x3' carriages to giant 30'x30' platforms, Panel Built can help you find the appropriate grade VRC to fit your application. Panel Built specially designs our structures to seamlessly blend into the VRC design, creating a fast & convenient material handling solution for you.
VRCs serve a wide range of commercial and industrial industries from warehouses to auto dealerships. VRC carriages can be offered in custom sizes to fit your lift needs with special sized platforms and carriage ingress and egress options. These options allow our VRCs to retrofit existing projects or easily integrate into our own signature mezzanine platform system.
