Guard House 19-042

This guard house, also known as a guard booth, security booth or guard building is located in Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida. The Palace Condominium needed to replace an old guard house they purchased from Mardan Fabrication over 20 years ago. Although the guard booth was still in excellent shape, they wanted a modern guard house design. They wanted an aesthetic that would complement the newly renovated condominium building and wanted to ensure that the new guard house would be able to tolerate the highly volatile salt conditions and not rust. Therefore, the Mardan prefabricated aluminum custom contemporary security booth was perfect for this location.
