Amazon over the past few years has decided to open numerous distribution centers around the United States. At those warehouses, they wanted to have security guard stations to regulate who is coming in and out of the warehouses. They decided to go with the Mardan Prefabricated guard building. This particular booth is 9’6 wide x 24’6 long and has an office portion for the security officers and also has an ADA compliant restroom. The guard building, also known as guard house, guard booth or security booth is made out of heavy-duty aluminum construction and comes prefinished white. Also included were Low E insulated sliding windows, extended roof overhang, pre-wired electrical package including lights and outlets, split-pack heating & cooling unit, plastic laminate workstations, and aluminum treadplate floor.
