The size of this large guard booth, also known as a guard house, security booth or guard building is 6’6 x 16′ and the guard house includes an ADA compliant restroom. The guard booth with restroom is located in Miami, FL at an CNG facility. The prefabricated guard house is built out of heavy-duty aluminum construction. The prefab guard house is portable and pre-assembled in the Mardan factory. The Mardan portable guard house includes wall-mounted heating & cooling unit, E insulated impact resistant glass, nonskid aluminum treadplate floor, pre-wired electrical package, and plastic laminate workstation. This guard house has been approved under the State of Florida modular building program to meet HVHZ requirements of Miami-Dade County and 175mph winds.
