The Uprights are roll-form welded and feature 100% MIG welding with K-brace and cross channel reinforcement, thus ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Designed to meet the latest Rack Manufacturers’ Institute LRFD specifications, these uprights adhere to the highest industry standards for safety and performance.

For added versatility, our pallet rack add-on sections are interchangeable with other major teardrop-style products on the market. This allows for seamless integration with existing systems. Finished in a durable Lake Green powder coat paint, these uprights provide a professional appearance while offering corrosion resistance.

The included Beams feature sturdy studs that engage seamlessly with the upright slots, ensuring a stable and secure connection. The beams are adjustable on 2″ vertical centers, so you can customize your shelving height to accommodate various pallet sizes. Our innovative integral safety lock automatically locks into place when properly seated, providing added security and preventing accidental disengagement.

Lyon constructs the heavy-duty waterfall decking from a 6-gauge wire mesh with 14-gauge steel channels. They provide a durable and open-grid surface for efficient pallet storage. Our Wire Decking meets all relevant fire and safety regulations, so you can have a safe and compliant storage environment.

To ensure optimal stability and safety, it is essential to install uprights on a level surface, plumb, and properly anchored. Lyon offers Concrete Wedge Anchors for secure installation.
