When the Detroit Tigers built their new stadium, Comerica Park, they wanted a new look for their parking booths. No more "industrial look", they wanted something more appealing. Working with the Parking Operations Manager, the General Contractor, and the owner's agent, Little Buildings worked up a building to meet their exact requirements.

The base unit was Little Buildings Model #5676COL with a number of custom options including roll-down locking steel shutters to prevent glass breakage during non-operational times, built-in shelf/window for revenue control equipment, roof-mounted air conditioner, twin cashier windows, polyurethane paint to match the ballpark, exterior floodlights, anti-fatigue mat, and many others.
