The Hydro Kit may be used in conjunction with single-phase Multi V S or three-phase Multi V 5 outdoor units, as well as with Multi V Water 5. The Hydro Kit system uses a refrigerant to water heat exchanger to produce heated water.

Overview

The LG Hydro Kit is a winner of the 2020 AHR EXPO Innovation Awards in the plumbing category. Designed to be used with LG’s Multi V 5, Multi V Water 5 Heat Pump and Heat Recovery systems, and Multi V S (48kBtu/h ~ 96kBtu/h for ARNH423K3A4 and 96kBtu/h for ARNH763K3A4), the LG High Temperature Hydro Kit is an indoor refrigerant to water heat exchanger, capable of using the rejected heat to provide hot water for applications where hot water is needed, including domestic hot water heating, radiant floor heating, historic radiators and more.
