50 Durometer Neoprene Bearing Pads

Technical Data Sheet

Hanna Rubber Company’s 50 durometer neoprene (polychloroprene) plain bearing pads deliver exceptional flexibility and resilience for bridge, roadway, and heavy-construction applications. Precisely engineered to accommodate controlled expansion and contraction of precast concrete and structural steel, these low-hardness pads excel at vibration dampening, shock absorption, and noise reduction-protecting structural joints and extending service life under cyclic loading. Neoprene’s inherent resistance to ozone, UV, weathering, and moderate oils makes these pads ideal for highway overpasses, parking garages, and outdoor industrial facilities. Stocked in thicknesses from 1/8″ to 18″ and standard widths of 36″ and 48″, with custom molding available in virtually any size or shape, our 50 durometer neoprene pads perform reliably in temperatures from -10 °F to 250 °F across all 50 states and Canada.
