Insulation Adhesives

Twin Jet has been updated with a hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) propellant. HFO Propellants have low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and are Non-Ozone Depleting (ODP), providing a sustainable alternative to products made with hydrofluorocarbons (HFC). Twin Jet HFO adhesive has the same great performance you’ve come to rely on and meets current regulations in the U.S. and Canada. This product is a two-part, low-rise, foam adhesive, designed for attachment of Elevate insulation and Elevate XR membranes to approved substrates, per Elevate specifications. This reliable, adhesive requires no special equipment, is easy-to-use, and capable of coverage up to 35 squares/set when dispensed in bead application. Twin Jet HFO offers fast and easy set up and shut down with each set containing everything you need to apply the product, including the hose/gun, mix tips, and extension tubes.

I.S.O. Stick Winter Grade is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane insulation adhesive, for use when ambient and substrate temperatures are between 25 °F-65 °F. I.S.O. Stick Winter Grade is to be applied in beads for attachment of Elevate-approved roof insulations to acceptable substrates as allowed by Elevate specifications. I.S.O. Stick Winter Grade is specifically designed to be dispensed using the PaceCart 3™ dispenser. The PaceCart 3 dispenser pumps I.S.O. Stick Winter Grade Parts 1 and 2 simultaneously to a static mixer, which allows a properly mixed bead of adhesive to be applied to the receiving substrate.

I.S.O. Twin Pack Insulation Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed for anchoring acceptable roof insulation to acceptable substrates, and to adhere multiple layers of insulation. I.S.O. Twin Pack contains no solvents, near zero VOCs, and no harmful HCFC or CFCs making it safe to use while being environmentally friendly. When stored properly, I.S.O. Twin Pack Insulation Adhesive is suitable for cold weather applications down to 20 °F, which extends the roofing season. I.S.O. Twin Pack Insulation Adhesive is dispensed using I.S.O. Twin Pack Hand Dispenser I.S.O. Twin Pack Four Bead Dispenser ; Multi-Bead Plus Dispenser; Battery Powered Single Bead Applicator or a Pneumatic Single Bead Applicator. The dispensers (sold seperately) extrude I.S.O. Twin Pack Part A and B simultaneously to the static mixer, which results in a uniform mixed adhesive in bead form for consistent application.

I.S.O.Stick is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane insulation adhesive applied in beads designed for adhesive attachment of Elevate approved roof insulation to acceptable substrates as allowed by Elevate specifications. I.S.O. Stick is specifically designed to be dispensed using the PaceCart 2TM dispenser. The PaceCart 2™ dispenser pumps I.S.O.Stick Parts 1 and 2 simultaneously to a static mixer, which allows a properly mixed bead of adhesive to be applied to the receiving substrate.
