Safety features are one of the biggest requests we see for shower curtains, and whether you select a break-away curtain, or a see-through window panel curtain, or combination thereof, we have the right solution for your needs.

In addition, we receive a lot of requests for heavy-duty vinyl with antimicrobial properties to keep mildew and mold growth contained. All our shower curtains for detention facilities have this feature fabricated into the plastic film and it prolongs the life of the curtain and preserves a healthy, clean, sanitized environment.

Breakaway Track

This system provides an attractive suspension device while maintaining a safe environment since curtains easily detach from track.

Hook and Loop Fastener System

This is an easy, attractive and safe method to hang curtains. Curtains hang from safety tabs-4″ long and ¾” wide strips that are inserted in the track. The safety tab or “hook” engages into the “loop” sewn into the top of the curtains to provide the closure mechanism in which the curtain hangs from the track, along with a breakaway feature for added safety.

Sure-Chek® fabrics resist combustion and will self- extinguish when the source of flame is removed.

Anti-static

Sure-Chek® fabrics are specially formulated with an enduring antistatic property, “Anstat®”.” It prevents the build-up or retention of electrostatic charges that could interfere with the functioning of sensitive life support equipment.

Odor Resistant

Sure-Chek® fabrics have been treated to resist bacterial odors. Objectionable organic odors are decreased as a result of the active protection against odor-forming bacterial growth on fabric surfaces.

Durable

Sure-Chek® fabrics are incredibly strong, withstanding severe wear and abuse. Extra strength and tear resistance mean extended curtain life.

Antimicrobial to Protect the Fabric

A controlled release system continually sends the antimicrobial agent to the fabric surface. This built-in protection lasts the life of the fabric. It is not a superficial treatment.
