Vertistack® Clear - Compact Stacking Door

VertiStack Clear is a compact stacking sectional door that was uniquely engineered to stack with minimal backroom required. By allowing for a clear and open ceiling, there is no need to worry about conflicts with electrical, mechanical or plumbing fixtures that are located overhead. Looking to eliminate exposed panels? The stack of sections can even be recessed into the ceiling.

Offering a streamlined, clean aesthetic - the VertiStack Clear features a hinge = free design and a smooth guide system that discretely hides the door's mechanics.

When in the closed position, the full view glass panels allow in plenty of natural light and when in the opened position, the door provides an extension of the indoor facility providing additional usable outdoor square footage.

VertiStack Clear is available in a variety of different glass, acrylic and polycarbonate options along with multiple colors and finishes to coordinate or accent with any design tone.

Designed for commercial applications, this unique stacking sectional door is ideal for use in restaurants, retail, educational facilities, office buildings, or any application that needs a closure that requires limited intrusion into ceiling space.

The model 904UL features Intellicore® polyurethane insulated rails and stiles.

VertiStack Clear Stacking Sectional Doors is available through Master Authorized Dealers and Advanced Authorized Dealers Mini Dealer Levels-17 only.

*The door width will always be 6" wider than the opening width, so door width range is 5' to 20'6".

Certifications

Meets ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC ( International Energy Conservation Code) 2021 section C406.9 Air Infiltration requirements with an independently tested value of 0.2cfm/ft²

Glass Options

Glass thickness available in 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2". Tri-wall polycarbonate thickness available in 5/8". Low-E available on insulated glass.

Safety Features

Photo eye sensors that are integrated into, and concealed by, the guide covers.

Wireless Sensing Edge

A wireless sensing edge is only available on doors that have a height greater than 53”.

Strap brake safety system

Installed in the bottom-most section of the door and within the wall angles, this system deploys in the event of tension loss to the straps. The system will release the brake lever and engage the brake teeth, stopping the bottom and subsequent sections from falling.

SafetyGard UL325 Light Curtain

A UL325 approved non-contact primary entrapment device that prevents damage to an object in the door’s pathway in addition to minimizing damage to the closure itself.
