Tote Dumper - Beacon® BJMD Series
The multi-purpose Tote Dumper rotates over 135 degrees to dump contents. It allows one person to empty heavy loads and collect, transport, and dump materials, thus saving time and reducing possible injury. This product is ideal for schools, hospitals, and other industrial and commercial applications. Each unit dumps in approximately 25 seconds.
Product Details - Size: Tote Dumper is 57" wide x 61" long.
- Dump Heights: BJMD-1000-48 has a dump height of 48", BJMD-1000-60 has a dump height of 60", and BJMD-1000-72 has a dump height of 72".
- Lift Heights: Dump heights are 48", 60", or 72". Level heights are 63", 64", or 75". Rotated heights are 78", 90", or 102".
- Electrical: Units feature 12V DC power standard. Other power options are available; contact Beacon for details.
- Weight: Models weigh from 893 to 1,129 lbs.
- Operation: To use the unit, simply roll the tote into the dumper, secure the dumper in place, and press the hand control.
- Capacity: 600 lb.
- Standard: The unit has two 8" x 2" phenolic front casters, two 8" x 3" phenolic rear casters, a floor brake, and a 24V hand control on 8-ft. coil cord. Each BJMD unit also includes a BMPT-1 polyethylene tote.
- Options: Extra 1/2" cubic yard polyethylene tote. Tote includes 4 swivel mold-on-rubber casters. The Tote Dumper has additional power options available.
