Stretch Wrap Machine - Beacon® BSWA Series

Stretch Wrap Machine is designed to increase shipping department efficiency as well as productivity at the end of a production line. The Pallet Shrink Wrap Machine unit has a counter balanced stretch film mast and a powered turntable up to 70" in diameter. The mast is raised and lowered via a foot pedal. This equipment features 1 film rod with special spacers that can be utilized with rolls of any height of stretch wrap between 10" and 20".

Product Details
  • Size: Units are available with turntable diameters of 50" or 70" and turntable heights between 2-1/16" and 2-3/16". Models are designed with maximum load diameter of 64" or 84".
  • Powered: Power turntable offers and runs at variable speeds of 3 to 12 RPM.
  • Power: The unit is powered by a 115V, 1/2 HP motor withsoft start/stop and variable speed control. (220V AC, 1 Ph. available as an option).
  • Weight: Models weigh from 430 to 1,659 lbs.
  • Operation: The unit is easy to operate by depressing the foot pedal. The friction brake controls the film wrap tension that is adjustable during the wrapping process. Move the carriage up or down to place the film in the desired location.
  • Capacity: Models are available with capacities of 4,000 lbs.
  • Options: Stretch Wrap Machine options include scales, a powered mast, a counter, and auto indexing. Approach ramps are available for electric or manual pallet trucks, as well as for optional scales.
  • Materials: This unit will accept 10 inch to 20 inch film material.
  • Note: The unit ships knockdown, and some assembly is required.
