Skid Tilter - Beacon® BTM Series
The Skid Tilter - Portable Skid Rotator is designed to lift and position open-bottom skids and boxes without the use of a fork truck. Easily move equipment and products between workstations with this series. It features an ergonomic folding handle and low profile for ultimate maneuverability. This series can rotate products up to 90 degrees. PTDS units reduce injury and worker fatigue.
Product Details - Size: Overall size of 41-1/16" wide x 75-3/8" long x 28-5/16" or 54" high.
- Service Range: This series has a rotated height of 33" and a lowered height of 3-1/2" or 3-5/8". The operator reach is 10-1/2".
- Overall Fork Width: Forks are 6" wide and 38-1/8" long. Forks are fixed at either 26" or 27" wide overall.
- Electrical: Units powered by 12V DC battery, standard with 115V AC, 1 Ph on-board charger. Battery lasts approximately 80 continuous cycles at 72 degrees. Units are also available with 115V AC power and battery or air power.
- Color: Models are painted Beacon Blue.
- Weight: Units weigh from 621 to 851 lbs.
- Capacity: This series has capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs.
- Standard: Models include push-button control with an 8' coil cord. These units include 8" x 3" phenolic steering wheels with floor lock on all non-PTDS units.
- Options: A retrofit chute and a battery charge indicator gauge and a Portable Traction Drive System (PTDS) are available on the Skid Tilter as options.
