Scissor Lift Dock Leveler - Beacon® BTAD-S2 Series
The convenient Scissor Lift Dock Leveler is designed as a heavy duty portable or stationary loading leveler. These stationary and mobile Scissor Lift Dock Levelers are designed for high speed and high axle load use. Units may be moved when needed with included detachable dolly with wheels or units can be lag bolted to concrete. Ramps may be end-to-end, end-to-side, or end-to-other-side; Specify when ordering. The upper travel limit switch auto shuts off motor and pump at the pre-set height.
Product Details - Construction: Units featurefour-way treadplate deck with straight toe guards, hinged steel approach ramp, steel bridge plate, and steel handrails. Hydraulic rams and axles are hard and chrome plated with polished shafting at pivot points.
- Size: Models are available with platforms ranging from 72" x 96" to 84" x 120". Overall widths range from 81" to 93".
- Service Range: These units have a service range of either 6" to 60" or 6-1/2" to 60" for a total travel of 54" or 53-1/2".
- Powered: The standard power is 230V, 3 PH, 60 Hz. Other power options are available.
- Color: Scissor Lift Leveler units are Beacon yellow standard with two enamel coats. Galvanized finishes and other optional finishes are also available.
- Weight: 2,750 to 4,025 lbs.
- Operation: Units feature empty up speeds ranging from 10 to 14 F.P.M., loaded up speeds from 6 to 10 F.P.M., and a down speed of 15 F.P.M.
- Capacity: This series is available with capacities of 5,000, 6,000, or 8,000 lbs. Axle load capacity over bridge ends ranges from 3,500 to 6,500lbs.; over end opposite bridge from 2,800 to 4,000 lbs.; and over sides from not rated to 4,000 lbs.
- Standard: Units come standard with lifetime self-lubricating and anti-friction bearings at pivot points, hydraulic oil, hydraulic velocity fuse at cylinder bases, degreased & oxide primed surfaces.
- Options: Scissor Lift Leveler options include U.S. Postal options such as USPS flashing red light, warning bells, aluminum bridge plate, wheel chock, remote power unit, aluminum approach ramp, tow- eye system, and other power options.
- Usage: Units meet ANSI MH27.1-1994 and OSHA standards.
- Note: Four safety chains included as well as two 42" high mid rails and 4" high toe board. Steel approach ramp is 36" x 60" with 2 lifting chains; steel bridge plate is 18" x 60" with 2 lifting chains are standard.
