The warehouse Post Office Edge of Dock Leveler is for dock service or over-the-road truck service application. This hydraulic USPS Edge Leveler series includes 2" cart guards and on each side of the deck platform.
Product Details - Construction: Verify installation if the unit is a new or replacement application.
- Size: Both the Post Office Edge of Dock Leveler hook lift or bar lift units are available with a 66" or a 72" wide deck.
- Operating Range: Features 5" above and 5" below the loading dock as operating range.
- Installation: The Post Office Edge of Dock Leveler is installed by others.
- Color: Finish - Enamel base gray paint.
- Operation: Units are available in hook lift or bar lift operation. The hook lift unit requires 80 lbs. of lifting force and the bar lift units requiring 28 to 34 lbs. of push pull force.
- Capacity: Both the hook lift or bar lift operated Post Office Edge of Dock Leveler units are available in a 20,000-lb capacity. Please specify when ordering.
- Note: There is no pit work required. Manual Edge of Dock units simply weld to the building 8" embedded channel or to the optional formed angle and approach plate.
