Construction: The Mechanical Dock Leveler features heavy duty, all steel welded construction with a diamond plate deck surface and lip are constructed from 55,000 PSI yield strength steel tread plate.
Size: These models have 6', 6.5', or 7' deck widths and nominal lengths of 6', 8', or 10'.
Color: Finish - Enamel base gray paint.
Operation: These Mechanical Dock Leveler is pull chain manually activated.
Capacities: These products feature capacities ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 lbs.
Standard: Mechanical Dock Leveler comes standard with a 16" hinged lip with hydra lip assist, operating range toe guards, and dock bumpers.
Usage: The Mechanical Dock Leveler is a pit mounted solution designed to ensure a smooth transition between the dock and trailer during loading and unloading operations.
