High Lift Pallet Truck - Beacon® BS-101-AA series
The High Lift Pallet Truck has models with a maximum raised fork height of 12.5’ (150”). This heavy duty unit includes a 24 VDC high torque motor for the drive and lift features with models up to 3,000 lb. capacity. This unit is an important piece of equipment in warehouses and distribution centers. The powered electric stackers transports pallets and skids quickly and efficiently.
Product Details - Models: Units that feature the suffix “DM” and “AA” have adjustable forks and adjustable support legs that work with pallets and skids. Units that feature the suffix “FF-DM” have fixed forks over fixed support legs that work only with skids.
- Construction: High Lift Pallet Truck includes power drive, power lift with double mast. Stops with electromagnetic disc brake including an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the worker releases the handle.
- Size: Adjustable fork sizes range from 8.3” to 26-3/4” x 42” and fixed fork sizes measure 26-3/4” x 42”.
- Service Range: All units have a lowered height of 2-1/8” and have raised heights that vary form 101” to 150”.
- Electrical: 3-4 hour operation at full charge and 8 hours when used intermittently.
- Powered: High torque 24V DC drive and lift motor with a powered lifter that features (2) 12V batteries, integral battery charger and battery gauge. Features a 1.0 KW drive and 2.0 KW lift motor.
- Operation: Easy to use handle features control throttle with infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, emergency reverse function, and horn.
- Capacity: Units have a uniform capacity of 2,200 lbs. and 3,000 lbs. when raised 0”-62”. When raised above 62” see chart for capacities.
- Options: AGM battery upgrade is available with purchase of new unit and a solid platform is available upon request.
