Architectural Urethane arches and other millwork are manufactured in the USA from high density polyurethane with a similar density to white pine. Unlike wood arches, however, Architectural Urethane Arches are cast in one solid piece and don’t have laminations or finger-joints like wood arches that will cause problems over time. Architectural Urethane™ is also easier to install than wood and will not rot, splinter or separate, and is impervious to insects. To reduce installation cost, Architectural Urethane™ polyurethane millwork products are also factory double primed. State-of-the art molds allow us to provide unmatched crispness of detail and the superior level of quality you have come to expect from Melton Classics at amazingly affordable prices.

Architectural Urethane Arches are the ideal companion for our pilasters to gracefully frame your radius windows and doorways. To enhance the beauty of our Architectural Urethane Arches and provide a smooth transition to straight sections, our arched radius mouldings are also available with decorative plinth blocks. To add additional elegance keystones can be added to our arches. The keystones can be shaped to fit cleanly on the profile of our arches, or designed for the arch to intersect with the keystone.
