Envirocoustic™ Wood Wool Lay-In Tegular ceiling tiles provide a unique design aesthetic and lead the acoustical-panel products category as an eco-friendly, high-performing, and cost-effective sound absorber that manages echo and reverberation to improve the acoustics in a room or space. Ecologically, Envirocoustic Wood Wool is simple to produce with three ingredients, wood fiber, water and Portland cement. Tegular Edge Ceiling tiles meet the California Department of Public Health VOC emissions standards, making their projects eligible for LEED credits. Highly resistant to microbial and fungal growth, Envirocoustic Lay-In Tegular ceiling tiles are a sound choice for a variety of public and private spaces. The tiles are Class A fire rated and pass the NFPA 286 fire test. Standard-sized Lay-In Tegular ceiling tiles have quick lead times and can be installed easily by dropping them into a standard 15/16” H.D. T-Grid. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing process, Envirocoustic Wood Wool Lay-In Tegular ceiling tiles are produced with even thicknesses, consistent dimensions, and clean, square edges.

These eco-friendly cementitious wood-fiber tiles not only liven up a room with design variety, but Envirocoustic Wood Wool Lay-In Tegular ceiling tiles also reduce echo and reverberation through sound absorption. Wood-fiber ceiling tiles can be paired with a cellulose acoustical backer to further improve acoustical performance in any interior space.
