Reliability is Key

Long component life and reliability is vital in commercial applications. That's why we feature all-aluminum rifled tube-and-fin air coils as well as corrosion-proof composite or stainless steel drain pans to provide the building a long lifetime of reliable system operation.

Hot Gas Reheat for Humidity Control

The hot gas reheat option removes moisture from the air without over-cooling the space. The result is consistent, dehumidified conditioning for maximum occupant comfort. Hot gas bypass is also an option and is available together with reheat or standalone. Available for most Versatec 300 units.

Unique Fan Benefits

WaterFurnace's dedicated 460-volt 5-Speed ECM doesn't require the use of a neutral, which reduces labor costs in retrofit applications and is unique to the industry. The Versatec 300 features variable speed fan options as well as standard PSC.

Quiet Operation

The super quiet sound package is standard and includes multi-density compressor blankets as well as double isolation compressor mounting that utilizes eight durometer selected rubber grommets.

Flexible Factory-Installed Options

We offer internally mounted secondary drain connections as well as internal water valve and/or flow regulators for variable speed pumping systems. This option saves on installation and operating costs providing you with all you need in the system before you even receive it.

Coated Coil

AlumiSeal coated aluminum air coil option is available for even more protection and to meet code requirements.

Phase Guard

A factory-mounted phase guard device is available to protect the compressor against loss of phase.

Power Disconnect

An internally mounted non-fused power dial disconnect is also an option to avoid scheduling problems with the electrical contractor.

IntelliStart

The optional IntelliStart soft starter will reduce the normal start current (LRA) by up to 60% to reduce light flicker, start-up noise, and to extend the compressor life.

Painted Cabinet

A painted cabinet option is available for the Versatec 300 providing durable powder-coat protection and an appliance-like finish.
