A system of units has the ability to control and bank up to 10, 140-ton units and higher water temperatures up to 145°F. Each module can be individually isolated from other modules in the building for servicing without interrupting operation to other modules in the bank. With a modular design and a simple installation process, the TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller is ready to give your clients maximum performance and comfort.

The TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller is capable of producing 40°F water while simultaneously producing 145°F water.

By meeting high lift requirements even when the speed is reduced, the TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller provides exceptional performance and energy savings through the full range of unloading. Its heat recovery capabilities assist in meeting this load demand. It also has oil level monitoring and envelope control for peace of mind.

Designed utilizing proven field-tested technology, the TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller is the largest modular DC inverted variable speed compressor chiller on the market that fits through a standard 36” doorway. This modularity simplifies installation and serviceability-and leaves a smaller carbon footprint.

The TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller has a high efficiency DC inverted variable speed compressor that features variable speed control. This allows the system to ramp itself up and down as needed to effectively and consistently achieve the perfect temperature. And it can be the single plant solution for heating dominant applications while offering simultaneous heating and cooling.

The TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller has advanced performance, energy and refrigeration monitoring. And with a 10” touch-screen interface, external troubleshooting and setup couldn’t be easier.

The TruClimate 700 Modular Screw Chiller utilizes a low global warming potential refrigerant, is AHRI 550 certified and complies with UL 60335-2-40 safety standards.
