Slim sound attenuation mat increases IIC and STC values to meet or exceed IBC code requirements. Levelrock® Brand SAM-N12™ Sound Attenuation Mat can be used over a variety of subfloors including plywood, OSB, pre-cast concrete, concrete and metal pan decking.

Main Features

Levelrock® Brand SAM-N12™ Sound Attenuation Mat is just 1/8-in. thick and requires a minimum of 3/4-in. of Levelrock® Brand Floor Underlayment topping for a total system thickness of 7/8-in. This sound attenuation mat provides an economical method of improving the IIC and STC ratings and:

• Sound tests were conducted in an NVLAP-accredited laboratory

• Is made from a durable nylon polymer with a special moisture control backing

• Is installed by an authorized applicator.
