Flush Glazed Tube Framing

Flush Glazed Tube Frames can be used where slimmer sight lines or better thermal performance are important. Flush Glazed Tube Frames are available in the following standard sizes:

• SL-45 FG = 1-3/4″ x 4-1/2″ (44mm x 114mm)
• SL-245 FG = 2″ x 4-1/2″ (51mm x 114mm)
• SL-260 FG = 2″ x 6″ (51mm x 152mm)

Features and Benefits

• Frame extrusions are 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with 1/8″ (3.2mm) minimum wall thickness for strength and durability
• All corner joints are secured with heavy-duty internal joint anchors that enhance strength
• 1-3/4″ x 4-1/2″ (44m x 114mm) flush glazed frame is suitable for 1/4″ (3.2mm) glass only
• 2″ x 6″ (51mm x 152mm) and 2″ x 4-1/2″ (51mm x 114mm) flush glazed frames are intended for 1″ (25mm) glazing
• Internally reinforced with aluminum bar stock at the closer, mullion, and locking strike attachment point to reduce metal fatigue and prevent component loosening
