Super Simplex Disappearing Stairways - 2 Hr. Fire Rated

The Super Simplex is Precision's commercial-grade aluminum folding stairway. Its primary use is as an attic stairway, but when fitted with a Precision roof hatch can be used for roof access. These may be used for ceiling heights up to 12' 0" in commercial applications and up to 13' 6" for residential use. Meets or Exceeds ANSI A14.9.

Precision Ladders manufactures a fire-rated version of the Super Simplex that is the original fire-rated attic stairway. This stairway was lab tested by Intertek to ASTME-119 and UBC 43-7 requirements and granted a 2-Hour Warnock-Hersey label. Thus, the Super Simplex fire-rated model may be used in up to a 2-hour rated ceiling.
