At PRL we offer everything you need to provide a stunning, complete, aluminum storefront. Fabricating only the best aluminum door stiles, glass options, pull handles and panic device options, we can help you every step of the way from design layout to delivery.

Ideal for commercial and residential entries, PRL’s aluminum and glass doors are available in narrow, medium, wide and oversize stiles accommodating glass thickness from ¼” to 1”. Fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and designed with strong, reinforced corner construction, our aluminum doors provide top performance in heavy traffic areas.

To meet ADA regulations, our aluminum doors come standard with 10” bottom rails and are available with offset pivots, butt hinges or center pivot operations. We offer a wide range of standard door widths and heights. Fabricating all doors in-house, PRL can accommodate customizations for most top and bottom rails sizes, special widths and heights.

PRL’s aluminum doors are available in generous array of standard and custom finishes. Select from standard clear or dark bronze anodize, powder coat or Kynar paint; or from custom clad, stainless steel or brass to add just the right touch to your aluminum and glass entryway.

PRL supplies an expansive selection of options for our aluminum storefronts and entrances. To meet emergency egress codes, we offer and incomparable collection of panic devices and coordinating exterior handles to meet your economical or maximum security needs. Offering glass options such as monolithic, laminated, reflective and sandblasted glass; and pull handle options such as standard, offset, C-pull and locking ladder pulls, you’re sure to create an aluminum and glass entry that will captivate.

ALUMINUM STOREFRONT ENTRANCE DOORS:

PRL’s aluminum storefront entrance doors are designed for commercial and residential applications. Fabricated in-house from premium aluminum our storefront doors provide strength and durability while accenting your entry in style.

Offering a large selection of hardware such as panic devices, offset pivots, surface and concealed closers, door pulls and unlimited glass options, our goal is to offer complete glazed aluminum systems, making PRL your one-stop-shop for your entry.

Available in offset pivot, butt hinge or center pivot operations, our doors come standard with 10” bottom rails to meet ADA regulations, however can be custom ordered as well to accommodate most top and bottom rail sizes. Our doors are stocked in standard sizes or can be custom ordered in special widths and heights to suit your application. PRL strives to work for our customer and meet your design concepts.

ALUMINUM FRAMED ENTRANCE DOOR STILES:

PRL’s selection of doors includes narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum doors as well as oversized and custom architectural designs. Designed with strong, reinforced corner construction, our aluminum doors provide top performance in heavy traffic areas for commercial applications.

Medium Aluminum Frame Door Stile:

Our medium door stile is a top performance door. Designed for commercial and institutional applications PRL’s medium stile aluminum doors accommodate standard and custom hardware. Strong reinforced corner construction increases the door size capacity to 4’ 0” maximum door width and 9’ 0” maximum door height.

3 ½” vertical medium stile

Available Top/Bottom Rails: 3 ¼”, 5 1/8”, 10” and custom

Wide Aluminum Frame Door Stile:

Designed for heavier use, PRL’s Wide stile doors provide strength and stability for heavily used entrances. Our wide stile door will accommodate standard hardware as well as heavy duty and/or high security hardware. Size limitations: Door width: 4’ 0”. Maximum door height: 9’ 0”.

Oversized Aluminum Frame Doors:

Extruding our own materials in-house allows PRL to accommodate oversized aluminum frame doors and entrances. Our reinforced frames, fabricated with the finest crafts man ship, provide long lasting strength and durability. Please consult with PRL regarding glass types and hardware options when designing oversized doors.

Panic Devices & Handles:

To meet emergency egress code requirements PRL offers panic devices and coordinating exterior handles. Available in an assortment of options PRL’s innovative panics offer superior quality and cutting-edge styles combining both form and function.

We offer various manufacturers panic hardware ranging from economical to maximum security options. We stock standard rim type panics as well as concealed vertical rod applications. In addition, PRL manufactures our own 1-1/4” tubular style panic hardware that can be adapted for use on any of our aluminum storefront doors to enhance the appearance of your entry.
