Hi-Perf Rake Fascia

The Hi-Perf Rake Fascia works with our Hi-Perf Vented Fascia solutions to offer a clean, matching rake edge when ventilation is not required. Concealed splice plates offer a cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing appearance. In addition, metal construction eliminates wavy, untrue fascia board.

Hi-Perf Rake Fascia is provided in convenient 12’ lengths with pre-punched holes for fast installation and lower labor costs. The fastening holes are slotted to enable proper thermal movement of the materials and ensure correct fastener placement and spacing.

The 5 Year Workmanship Warranty is available on all Metal-Era products. It covers replacement or repair of products that are defective in material or workmanship.

Its unique design allows for covers to be manufactured in 24 ga and 22 ga steel, .040", .050" and .063" aluminum. Alternative materials, such as cedar exterior laminates can be used in lieu of metal. This provides for maximum flexibility ensuring the product is a perfect aesthetic fit.

Engineered to individual job requirements; this ensures that it will perfectly fit each roof condition. The need for wood blocking and vented soffits is eliminated, thereby reducing costly and dangerous field labor. It also reduces the number of trades involved, thus consolidating responsibility.

Choose among a wide range of standard colors and finishes that meet your job requirements. A 30 year Kynar 500® finish warranty is included on coil-coated standard colors. Custom post-coated Kynar 500® colors are available with an included 10 year Kynar 500® finish warranty or a 20 year Kynar 500® finish warranty is available upon request.

Anodized finishes are also available and come with a 5 year warranty (no warranty available for coil anodized finishing. Post-coat/Class 1 Batch Anodized is available with a 5 Year warranty with an option to increase to a 10 Year warranty for an upcharge).

It can also be premanufactured with a galvanized, non-painted cover, providing one piece field installation to serve as a base for field application of stucco, EIFS, etc.

Specially fabricated products are available to meet the unique needs of each project.

All splice plates are included and will arrive to the job site with the product.
