Guard Booth with Restroom 19-045

19-045 is a guard booth that is located at a CNG facility in Miami, Florida. The customer wanted to have a guard booth with restroom in order to accommodate multiple security guards. This security booth is 6’6 x 16′ and has two sliding doors. Also included was Low E insulated impact resistant glass, wall-mounted heat pump, 3″ overhang, aluminum treadplate floor, plastic laminate counter, pre-wired electrical package, and ADA compliant restroom. This security guard booth, also known as guard house is State of Florida modular building approved for installation in Miami-Dade County which is 175mph hurricane wind speed requirements.
