Jules et Jim

Jules et Jim, designed by Javier Mariscal for Escofet, are versatile ultra-high-performance concrete planters with bases that form a bench. The two complementary forms can live as separate sculptural elements or in harmony as a combined installation. The planter-benches rest on paving with no need for anchors, and drainage is carried through an opening hidden in the base.
