Grasshopper Bench

Ultra-thin concrete and curved, cantilevered form come together to give the Grasshopper bench-designed by Makoto Fukuda for Escofet-a smooth, dynamic and impossibly light appearance. Its shape is deliberately incomplete, gently closing at one end and opening up at the other to make a sculptural statement both solo and as a companion to the Grasshopper table.
