Hand / Bar Foot Rail Tubing - Polished Brass - 1.5" OD

Add a bar foot railing or hand railing to your setup with this solid metal tubing. This polished brass pipe is available in a variety of tube sizes from 2-feet through 8-feet to fit the size of your bar.

The more narrow diameter of this 1.5-inch rail component makes it versatile to use as a handrail bracket as well as with foot rails. It is not designed for commercial bar foot rail use, or for standing upon. For commercial use, we recommend 2-inch outside diameter bar foot rail tubing.

To properly install this 1.5-inch tubing along your bar, add your chosen style of bar brackets in the same diameter. Be sure to carefully measure where each bracket will be placed before drilling into your bar, wall, or floor. For proper support, bar brackets should be placed at each end of the tubing, plus one for every 4-foot increment.

To allow your bar armrests or bar foot rests to match the unique angles of your bar, use elbows and fittings. With end caps and flanges, you can ensure that your bar rail has a finished look and is mounted correctly in any space.

Choose components in 1.5-inch diameter to match the size of this brass tubing.

When ordering tubing, it’s always wise to round up to the nearest foot. If your bar is not an even full foot increment, but rather has some inch increment (i.e. 6’2″, 7’2″) you will need to order up to the next foot. So if your bar is 3’2″ you will need to order a 4-foot piece of tubing, if your bar is 7’2″ you will need to order an 8-foot piece of tubing, and so on. If this is the case, you will need to cut the rail with a miter saw prior to installation.

To connect two sections of tubing together, an internal splicing sleeve can be used. The seam between two joined pieces is then covered by placing a bracket over the joint.

By using this 1.5" OD polished brass bar rail tubing, completing a DIY bar foot rail or handrail installation is easier than it sounds. With components to match, these brass handrails allow you to achieve a consistent look throughout your bar.
