Hidden Fastener Roof System - VersaLoc™ & MegaLoc™

VersaLoc™ and MegaLoc™ are mechanically seamed panels, and require specific tools and equipment to seam together. This seaming process gives superior strength and weathertightness, at the cost of additional complexity of installation. The superior performance of these mechanically seamed systems makes them the right choice for any project where strength and weathertightness are critical. Typically, these panels are installed on commercial projects, particularly metal buildings.

DI Seamers is our partner for roof seamers. You can find instruction manuals, frequently asked questions, and other resources on their site. DI Seamers has our panels “on file” at their facility, and they calibrate each rental machine specific to the profile requested. In the (fairly rare) case of any on-site issues, contact information for DI Seamers’ technical department is printed on each machine and they are available to assist. Rental machines can be ordered directly from our joint portal here.
