Threaded Terminal Stair Post Kit

This is a required component for stair installation of DesignRail® Kits, and is used at the top of the stair run (if Newel Posts are not being used).

Posts are pre-drilled at an angle for CableRail Threaded Terminal end fittings, included in our standard CableRail Kits (sold separately), and to accommodate a stair slope of between 29 and 34 degrees.

Tensioning occurs at this end, so be sure the post is placed such that you have access to the back of the post face (3 inches to 3-3/4 inches).
