PVC MEMBRANE ACCESSORIES

Elevate PVC Split Pipe Boots are factory-fabricated flashings made from high-performance Elevate PVC with DuPont Elvaloy® KEE roofing membrane. The split boot is specifically designed for flashing round penetrations of various sizes from 1" to 12" (25 mm to 305 mm). The split tab design allows the boot to be used for flash pipe penetrations with limited or no access from above the penetration. This pipe boot design eliminates the need to field fabricate with PVC Unsupported Flashing, thus lessening labor and increasing the performance of the system.

Elevate PVC Universal Pipe Flashings are factory-fabricated flashings made from high-performance Elevate PVC with DuPont Elvaloy® KEE roofing membrane. The universal boot is specifically designed for the flashing of round penetrations. PVC Universal Pipe Flashing fits various penetrations from 1" (25 mm) to 4½" (114.3 mm). Elevate PVC T-Joint Covers are a flexible, non-reinforced, flashing membrane made with DuPont Elvaloy® KEE. They are designed to cover and seal T-joints formed at seam intersections and angle changes 1:12 or greater for Elevate PVC reinforced membranes..

Twin Jet is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive applied in bead pattern for the attachment of Elevate approved roof insulations. It may also be used in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate PVC XR membrane to acceptable horizontal substrates, per Elevate specifications. Twin Jet is packaged in portable pressurized canisters, allowing extrusion of Part 1 and Part 2 to the gun and mix tip assembly.

Elevate I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is a two-component low rise polyurethane adhesive engineered to adhere fleece-backed Elevate PVC XR membranes to acceptable substrates. Elevate I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is mixed and dispensed by high or low-pressure pump/proportioning units capable of mix/meter/dispensing two-component polyurethanes in full spray application and/or continuous bead extrusion.

Elevate XR Stick Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed to attach Elevate PVC XR fleece-backed roofing membranes to a variety of acceptable substrates as allowed by Elevate specifications. XR Stick (cartridges) can be dispensed using various Elevate approved hand or multi bead electric dispensing units.

OTHER PVC ACCESSORIES

Elevate PVC Clad Metal is made from a 25 mil DuPont Elvaloy® membrane factory laminated to hot-dipped 24 ga. G-90 galvanized steel. Elevate PVC Clad Metal can function as a flashing component for the Elevate PVC System.

Elevate PVC InvisiWeld Plates are designed to secure roof insulation and Elevate PVC roof membranes. The plates are 3" (76 mm) (nominal) round, and made with specially formulated, coated galvanized steel. The plates are installed with Elevate All-Purpose, Heavy Duty, Concrete Drive, or Purlin fasteners into steel, wood, or structural concrete roof decks.
