Elevate PVC XR Roofing System
Elevate PVC XR is a flexible and durable thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride roofing membrane that is produced with a polyester weft-inserted reinforcement and a 5.5-ounce non-woven spunbonded polyester fleece backing. Thermoplastic membranes that include a reinforcement layer provide increased dimensional stability and strength.
Weft insertion strengthens the membrane and limits ripping after a puncture. It can also help make small repairs-when needed-easier and less expensive. Polyester backing helps improve adherence, mechanical fastening, and foundational strength.
While PVC roofing systems are generally ideal for many commercial building types, Elevate PVC XR is particularly suited for the refurbishment of existing roofs where the use of mechanical fixings is difficult or not allowed. The membrane's fleece backing can securely and directly adhere to the specified substrate.
Installation flexibility enables the roofing system to be adhered with Elevate PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive, I.S.O Spray R, or Twin Jet foam adhesives. Elevate PVC XR membrane may also be mechanically attached with approved Elevate fasteners and HD Seam Plates.
PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive is designed to adhere Elevate PVC and Elevate PVC XR membranes and flashings to wood, metal, masonry, and other acceptable substrates.

I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive engineered to adhere fleece-backed Elevate PVC XR membranes to acceptable substrates.
Twin Jet is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive applied in a bead pattern for the attachment of Elevate approved roof insulations. It may also be used in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate PVC XR membrane to acceptable horizontal substrates per Elevate specifications.
The Elevate PVC XR System shares the same benefits as other Elevate PVC products. Elevate PVC roofing membranes are designed to be non-flammable and stand up to constant assault from impacts, punctures, chemicals, biological materials, and unrelenting UV.
Elevate PVC is a reflective, cool roofing solution that supports a building's energy efficiency and provides long term weatherability. The Elevate PVC XR System also carries standard industry approvals like Factory Mutual (FM).
