Elevate PVC KEE XR Roofing System
Elevate PVC KEE XR is a flexible and durable PVC KEE roofing membrane produced with a polyester weft-inserted reinforcement and a 5.5-ounce non-woven spunbonded polyester fleece backing.
The polyester weft-inserted reinforcement increases the membrane's strength and restricts any damage in the event of a puncture. The polyester fleece backing also enhances puncture resistance, particularly in hail-prone climates. As a material, polyester helps improve the membrane's dimensional stability and its resistance to fatigue.
Elevate's PVC KEE membrane formulation uses a custom blend of PVC and DuPont™ Elvaloy® Ketone Ethylene Ester, a solid plasticizer that bonds with the PVC to ensure consistent and dependable plasticizer retention throughout the roof's service life. Together, PVC and KEE are a dynamic, durable duo that makes for an incredibly chemical, grease, and fire-resistant membrane. Installation flexibility enables the roofing system to be adhered with Elevate PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive, ISO Spray R, or Twin Jet foam adhesives. The Elevate PVC XR membrane may also be mechanically attached with approved Elevate fasteners and HD Seam Plates.
