Wind-Master® Service & Insulated Rolling Doors
When a standard rolling door is exposed to high winds, the curtain will deflect and push against the guides eliminating the function to operate. Our Wind-Master doors are designed with roller end lock / wind locks, which allow the door to seamlessly glide through the guides when exposed to a wind load of 20 PSF. The spring less design also eliminates any resistance that would be created by the springs, allowing the full weight of the door to assist in operation. The Wind-Master door also offers an impressive static wind load, when the door is in the closed position - the maximum PSF will vary based on the curtain size.
The Wind-Master operational wind loaded door is available in a service and insulated model. Both models offer flexible design, top of the line security, reliability and durability. If you are looking to improve climate control or reduce sound transmission, the insulated model would be ideal for your application.

The minimum size of a Wind-Master Service or Insulated door is 6'4" wide x 6'4" high.

Service Door

Operator
The Wind-Master Operational Wind Load Door must be motor operated.
It features a super duty SG operator with full logic. It can be used on larger doors or doors which may periodically cycle more than 20 times per day
Safety and Protection
Sensing Edge - Entrapment Protection Device
Designed with a flexible black rubber TPE material, our new sensing edge has two fins that conform to variations in the floor on both the interior and exterior of your door or grille ensuring a secure seal without requiring you to overset the bottom door limit. The sensing edge is easy to clean and remains free from rust and dirt stains, maintaining a fresh uniform appearance. With flexible 1" sealing fins, our sensing edges provide maximum protection while withstanding the elements.
Edges are tested and listed to UL 10B as a component of the rolling steelfire door assembly.

SafetyGard UL325 Light Curtain
A UL325 approved non-contact primary entrapment device that prevents damage to an object in the door’s pathway in addition to minimizing damage to the closure itself.
