Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift - Beacon® BTADSM Series
Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift is designed as an economy lift with a lowered height of only 5" including an approach ramp a part of the structure. This unique lowered design allows for loading and unloading procedures from dock to ground level with no pit required.

- Construction: Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift includes steel construction with diamond checkered plate deck. Fixed 44" high handrail with mid-rail located on both sides of platform, including flexible restraints on both opening ends.
- Projection: Bridge Plate is 18" x 60" and the Approach Ramp is 30" x 60" steel diamond plate.
- Size: Platform available in 72" wide x 96" long.
- Service Range: Lowered Height: 5" to raised height 58".
- Operating Range: Vertical travel is 53" servicing most all tractor trailer heights.
- Electrical: Primary Voltage: 230 Vac, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz. Nema 3 enclosure control box. Nama 4 Hand Conrol held push button control with key lockout mounted on lift. Control Voltage 24/1/60.
- Powered: Initenal 3.2 HP Tenv electric motor, hydraulic pump, valving and reservoir filled with biodegradable oil. Excess flow control included in hydraulics.
- Power: Heavy duty hydraulic cylinder with chrome plated ram and polyurethane seals.
- Installation: Base is 60" x 72" with lag plates.
- Color: The base, legs and hydraulic cylinders are painted machinery enamel grey. The top platform, deck and handrails are painted safety yellow.
- Usage: Bridge plate and approach ramp both feature lifting chains at both opening ends of platform deck.
- Capacities: 5,000 and 6,000 lbs. (uniform load).
- Standard: Mainteanance Device included in base frame.
- Materials: Hydraulic Loading Dock Lift includes lifetime lubricated bearings on all rollers and pivot points.
