Architectural Urethane™ Exterior Louvers

Offered in a variety of shapes, designs and sizes, Melton Classics low maintenance Architectural Urethane™ polyurethane louvers enhance any architectural style. Our polyurethane louvers are offered in ventilating and non-ventilating designs for every design need. Functional ventilating louvers provide openings in the slats, and are covered on the interior with noncorrosive screening to allow air flow and keep insects out. Decorative louvers are provided in one solid piece and do not allow air through them. Decorative keystones are also available to enhance the appearance of our Architectural Urethane™ louvers.

Architectural Urethane louvers are manufactured in the USA from high density polyurethane with a similar density to white pine. Architectural Urethane™ is also easier to install than wood. It will not rot, splinter or separate, and is impervious to insects. To reduce installation cost, Architectural Urethane™ polyurethane millwork products are also factory double painted to be essentially maintenance free.
