ReClaim II Fixed Resilient Floor Systems

ReClaim II is an MFMA-PUR compliant floor that eliminates cost to remove and dispose of steel channel and embedded anchors when replacing existing channel and clip type floors. Which also eliminates the expense of costly patching of displaced concrete at previous anchor locations. Special low-profile preassembled subfloor panels with recessed resilient pads are aligned between existing channel rows for a floor profile that typically eliminates special ramping at doorways.

  1. Precision milled Aacer Maple

Aacer's straight line cutting, in line moisture monitoring and a climate-controlled facility help to eliminate bowed boards, improper wood moisture and exposure to adverse humidity.

  2. APA Plywood Subfloor

Two layers of 11/32" (9mm) APA sheathing, Exposure 1

  3. Subfloor Anchor

    Collared steel pin anchorage

  4. ECO Resilient Pad

Recessed resilient pads protect floor system components under heavy non-athletic loads

  5. Existing Steel Channel
