Designed specifically to retrofit existing anchored sleeper floors, ReClaim I eliminates destructive removal of embedded steel pins and sleepers and substantially reduces labor and disposal cost especially if addressing hazardous materials. ReClaim I offers a manner of providing a similar profile height to the existing surface while upgrading to a high-performance athletic floor.

  1. Precision-milled Aacer Maple

    Aacer's straight line cutting, in line moisture monitoring and a climate-controlled facility help to eliminate bowed boards, improper wood moisture and exposure to adverse humidity.

  2. APA Plywood Subfloor

    Two layers of 11/32" (9mm) APA sheathing, Exposure 1

  3. Subfloor Anchor

    Collared steel pin anchorage

  4. Existing Sleeper

    Undisturbed sleepers remaining from original floor system installation

  5. VERT Resilient Pad

    Patented vibration damping VERT resilient pads supported by ReClaim I steel channels
