Gerkin Comfort Series® 4400 Sliding and 4600 Swinging Patio Doors

With Gerkin patio doors, you never have to worry about cold air or water seeping into your home. That's because our doors are designed with a rigid polyvinyl chloride frame and sash that are fusion-welded together for great structural strength. The 4400 Sliding Door XO or OX design is configured at the factory, and the door comes to you fully assembled.

4400 Sliding Patio Door Features:

  • 1" insulated clear or argon filled LoE2 high performance glass.
  • Stylish slimline frame profile.
  • Extruded rigid UPVC frame and sash members have fusion-welded corners with a multi-chamber design offering superior strength and thermal efficiency.
  • A PVC sill that's enhanced with a heavy-duty extruded aluminum sill cap. The screen sash rolls on this aluminum sill and the operating door panel with heavy-duty tandem rollers glides smoothly on a stainless steel track cap.
  • The 4400 Patio Door utilizes a non-changeable XO or OX design. The fixed sash is glass actually glazed into a 4-5/8" frame at the factory. This design provides more structural strength for the whole door unit and has superior air and water infiltration ratings over other patio door designs. Heavy-duty color-matched hardware is standard with brass or pewter hardware and keyed lock optional.
  • Each patio door is fully weatherstripped with fin-seal even where the operating panel and fixed astragal interlocks.

4600 Swinging Patio Door Features:

  • 1" insulated clear or argon filled LoE2 high performance glass.
  • Stylish slimline frame profile.
  • Extruded rigid UPVC heavy duty frame and sash members (with a nominal thickness of .125) have fusion-welded corners with a multi-chamber design offering superior strength and thermal efficiency.
  • Heavy-duty brass hardware with multipoint locking system.
  • Crescent foam gasket reinforced weatherstripping.
  • 2-way adjustable hinges.
  • 4-1/2” master frame.
  • Aluminum reinforced sash and aluminum sill cover on outer UPVC sill extrusion.
  • Additional snap-on nail fins for various applications.
